RESERVATIONS.
When using the term “reservation” it is meant the completion of the related fields of the booking form at the web page by the customer, with regard to the process via Internet. With regard to the process via the call centre of our company, or the visit of a customer at the company’s offices, reservation is the customer’s explicit mandate to our Company by the employee with who converses, so that we advance in benefit of travelling services. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION-DISPATCH OF TRAVELLING DOCUMENT
With the payment of the reservation/booking, the user receives an electronic message (e-mail) of confirmation and/or a valid voucher from www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com and is required to check and to confirm all the data entered at the reservation form as soon as possible and within the same calendar day. It is noticed that even the duly report of errors and divergences in no case entitles the user to withdraw from the contract and/or refuse to pay additional expenses on the re-establishment of the correct data. Overdue reports of errors and the impossibility of their correction, do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract. It is the customer’s obligation to print and keep the voucher, in order to show it if necessary.
WAYS OF PAYMENT

-In order to book services by phone payment shall be made by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners), or by Paypal account, or by Bank Swift Payment or either in cash to our company.
www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com are not obliged to deliver vouchers or provide services to the customer before the final settlement of the purchase. www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com reserve the right to ask the customer to adduce or send by e-mail or fax, directly, a proof related to their residence address as stated at the bank issuing their credit card, or a copy of the credit card or the deposit voucher to the bank account, before the final voucher issue.
MODIFICATIONS ON CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The ability to modify a reservation (cancellation-change) is relevant. www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com provides exclusive intermediary service and operates in accordance with the terms of their partners.
The customer is obliged to send to www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com completed the relevant request form for the modification wanted, which can be found on “Contact Us” section of the website, so that www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com can proceed to this modification if possible. The cost, which may arise in the event of a change is borne by the customer. It is noted that the updates/modification requests which are sent after working hours of www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com, are considered to have been received the next working day.
For transfers and tours starting from the airports or ports, unexpected delays(over 2hours) and last minute cancellations of itineraries of the airlines or shipping companies, www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com have no liability.
MODIFICATIONS ON COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITY
In case of any modification on Company’s responsibility, no additional service fee is charged.
In case of any changes, www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com will make their best in order to provide the customer with a convenient solution. The company will make every possible effort to contact the customers by phone or via e-mail and to inform them, providing the best available solution with no extra cost.
REFUNDS
In case of modification/change of the service and in particular in case of refund to the customer, this refund will be carried out the latest at the end of the month following the cancellation. For any delay in the refund to the customer due to delay by any of the third providers, www.sole-travel.com & www.athenscitytransfers.com have no responsibility.
EXCLUSION & RESTRAINT OF LIABILITY OF THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS
